I forgot how bad the Daily Mail is until recently when I was in a dentist's waiting room and I browsed through a copy.
I was open-mouthed at the covert racism and anti-BBC drivel I found there, most of it reeking of selective, inaccurate information.
I still wonder how people who read it can get their heads around the obvious contradiction that foreigners are taking our jobs AND are good for nothing lazy shirkers. Still, as my old mate "Kenny the Cockney" used to say: "You can't educate a mug."

I'm really surprised that no one has mentioned the incredibly nasty racism in the descriptions of the illnesses treated at the unit:

I tried to access the article in question using IE8 and saw the problem mentioned bu romanhousing above. Using Firefox the map and all the comments (shudder!) came up. Badly designed website I reckon.

Just seen that, romanhousing. Pretty curious too - when I went to bed last night that story was formatted in the same odd way (one big central column) but the quote form the hospital was still there. Curious that the quote that effectively demolishes the whole article disappears so shortly after appearing, and at a time of day when most people would read it. I'm sure it's just a horrible coincidence.

If you look on the Mail's version of the map, the legend still has the word 'staff' on it, but with no colour next to it; presumably they once had the locations of the staff on their version as well as the mothers, but as the large number of doctors and nurses from overseas working for the NHS doesn't quite fit into the whole 'Foreigners are drain on hospitals' scare story, such information was removed.
